3. Appointment Booking & Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of session fees.

4. Payment & Fees

• Session fees must be paid before or at the time of service through Payment Methods: UPI, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc..
• Refunds are available only for cancellations made within the allowed period.
• Any unpaid dues may result in service suspension until payment is cleared.

5. Code of Conduct

• Clients are expected to treat therapists and staff with respect and professionalism.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

• We are not responsible for decisions made based on therapy sessions. Clients are encouraged to use their judgment in applying therapeutic insights.
• Our therapists do not provide medical prescriptions or legal advice.
